  • Cancellation Policy
    Beauty Box subscriptions automatically renew. To ensure all boxes arrive accordingly, Seasonal Box of Style Subscriptions can be cancelled during the subscription period, but only after receipt of the first season’s box. If you would like to cancel your seasonal subscription after receiving the first box, then make sure to do so before the 15th of the month prior to receiving your next box; otherwise you will continue to be billed for the following season's box. There are no cancellation fees. In order to cancel your subscription, please contact us via info@frontrowcosmetics.com and use subject “Cancellation Request”. Canceling your subscription prior to the renewal month will stop any further credit card charges.
  • Return Policy
    All Front Row Beauty Boxes are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of The Front Row Beauty Boxes, and any box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Box of Style does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified in writing (email will suffice) within 1 week of receiving your package. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that orders may take 2 weeks to fulfill from the time of shipment.
  • Will you tell me ahead of time what is in my box?
    We can't stop talking about our boxes! Follow us on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and our Blog) for a sneak peak into what is featured in each seasons box.
  • Billing & Renewals
    Seasonal members are billed on a rolling basis. Your annual membership will automatically renew. You only need to subscribe one time. Renewal Dates/Charge Dates: Winter renewal charges occur January 1st Spring renewal charges occur April 1st Summer renewal charges occur July 1st Fall renewal charges occur mid October 1st
  • Missing or Damaged Box
    In the unlikely case that your Beauty Box does not arrive or a product is damaged, we should be notified in writing via e-mail (info@frontrowcosmetics.com) within 1 week of receiving your package. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. When e-mailing, please give the tracking information for your box and attach pictures of your damaged product as well.
  • Can I choose the products I want in my box?
    At Front Row Cosmetics, our owner Melissa personally curates each box to include the best and newest products for you and the season. She wants to introduce you to the best tools, tips and goodies and understands that everyone's beauty routine is different. While choosing products, she and the Front Row team are considering various skin tones and styles. You get the fun of pre-released products that reflect the most current trends. We encourage you to share your samples with your friends, and be open to trying new things!
  • Can I subscribe Quartely anytime?
    No. We want to ensure that you get your beauty box with bonus products and other surprises are delivered at the beginning of every season. We want to keep our boxes exclusive, exciting and fresh. In order to that we need to plan. And need to stock boxes accordingly. You can always buy seasonal boxes on its own.
  • Shipping Schedule
    Boxes will be shipped a week after your subsciption payment. As this program grows Billing and Shipment will be adjusted to get your Beauty Box out to you as soon as possible.   • Delays during New Launches and Sales
    Due to high demand during new launches, orders may be delayed 4 to 5 business days. Thank you for your patience.
  • Do you test on animals?
    Absolutely not! WE LOVE OUR FUR BABIES!
  • Are your products vegan?
    Most of our products are. It will be clearly labeled under ingedients.
  • Do you offer wholesale pricing?
    We do offer wholesale pricing. For information and to qualify please email melissa@frontrowcosmetics.com.
  • Where are your products made?
    99% of our products are made in the US. If a product is made outside of the US it will be stated in the product description.
  • Ingredients/Animal Testing
    Our entire product line is Cruelty Free. We do NOT test on animals. Some products are Vegan. All poducts Paraben Free. All ingredients are listed for every item sold on our website.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email from our customer service team. The email will include a tracking number as well as the couier. Our courier's website is www.usps.com. Note that in some international countries, tracking is unavailable. You can also sign up to become a member. When you become a member you have easy access to you orders, previous orders and services.
  • Where is you headquarters?
    We are currently based in downtown Raleigh, NC
  • What are your delivery options?
    We currently only ship USPS first class. The lead time once shipped in the US is 2 to 4 business days. International delivery is 7 to 14 business days.
  • What do I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
    We apologize for the inconvenience, please email info@frontrowcosmetics.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We may require you to send images of the damage or further information. Please hold on to all defective/damage product and packaging until further notice. In some cases, we may request that you return the defective product to us before a replacement is sent out to you. Replacements will be provided at the discretion of Front Row Cosmetics. For damaged or defective items purchased through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly.
  • Do you provide International delivery?
    Yes we provide International delivery. INTERNATIONAL: All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.*International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival. Note, Front Row Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be reimbursed. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
  • I am a Beauty Blogger, does Front Row Cosmetics do any makeup sponsorships?"
    We currently do not do any product sponsorships.
  • What is you return policy?
    Unfortunately we do not conduct returns or refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with a product please email us at info@frontrowcosmetics.com. We will try our best to turn that frown upside down!
  • What form of payments do you take?
    We take all major cards via Paypal or Stripe POS system.
  • Are you in stores?
