Apply Duo Brow Highlighter to the inner corner of eyes and the brow bone to open up eyes. Use the matte end to outline smokey eyes. To do so, apply the product beginning from the bottom outer corner of the eye. Next, draw a line upwards at an agle, following the natural shape of your eye. Then, blend with a small bristled brush for a clean and defined look.
